Sanislo needs your help. The Holidays are over, but that’s no reason to stop shopping! eScrip is an important part of our fundraising program. Log on to www.escrip.com and register following the easy 1-2-3 steps. Discover the ease and convenience of shopping at the Online Mall. Or you can simply shop at the variety of eScrip partners with your registered cards. You can even register your debit and credit cards. The eScrip program is available nation-wide, so please consider sending this to family and friends as well. A percentage of purchases will automatically be contributed to Sanislo by the merchant. Bartell Drugs is offering their ‘B’ Caring Card and will donate up to 4% of your purchases to Sanislo. It’s free and easy. Visit eScrip.com/BCaringCard or your local Bartell Drugs for your card and more information. Once you have your registered card, simply present it and earn money for Sanislo.

Friday Popcorn and Bake Sales

This fun after-school event is being continued by parent volunteers. A popcorn popper is available for use, or you can bake and bring your own goodies to sell. Proceeds directly benefit the Sanislo PTA. If you would like to be involved in preparing and selling treats on Friday afternoons, or if you have any questions about how it all works, please contact Sunshine Toledo at sanislospta@gmail.com.

A Successful Wreath Sale

Thank you everyone for your support. We made just under $1000 that will be allocated to the Family Support Program at Sanislo – what a great way to bring in the holidays! Wreaths and garlands arrived on Monday. For those picking up at Sanislo, they will either be in the teacher’s lounge or outside on the west side of the building. Others will be dropped off at CDSA in the performance center. Four extra wreaths were ordered which will sell for $20 until they are gone. Wreath purchases are due by Monday, November 28th. That’s the Monday after Thanksgiving break. Ask your friends and family if they would like to buy a wreath for $20 or a garland for $28. The money goes to Sanislo families in need, (and the rest benefits a small tree farm in Belfair, WA). You can download a form here or purchase using your credit card here. This Sunday, November 27th from 10 am-6 pm at Barnes & Noble. Volunteers please step forward and donate your time! We need at least one more person to be present from 2-4pm and from 4-6pm. However, every time slot during the day could use more help. Please contact Sunshine Toledo at sanislospta@gmail.com if you are available, especially from 2-6pm. If you find some unexpected time on your hands, just stop by if you are willing to help. You will find Sanislo people having fun and raising money all day!

The Wreath Sale is On!

Wreaths and garlands are on sale now through Monday, Nov. 28. This gives you a chance to sell wreaths to your family and friends over the Thanksgiving break. Cash or Checks made to Sanislo PTA. An order form went in last week’s newsletter. There are extra forms at the office desk, or you can download a form from here or even purchase through PayPal on the website.
