Family Fitness Night at Sanislo is scheduled for next Tuesday, October 30th. The event is sponsored by the Seattle Seahawks and a Seattle Seahawk will even be there! Healthy food and fun activities are planned, so come dressed ready to move. The event goes from 6-8 P.M. and a FREE dinner is included.
